Healing in Forgiveness – A Book by Gerald Crawford (2025)
Website: https://healinginforgiveness.co.za/

The F-NESS Model is a structured Therapy and Healing Model designed to help individuals release unresolved anger, resentment, guilt, and emotional pain through the healing power of forgiveness. The model provides a clear therapeutic pathway from emotional distress toward inner peace and emotional freedom.

The F-NESS Model is based on the understanding that emotional wounds remain active when anger and resentment are held inside, and that healing occurs when forgiveness is consciously practiced.

F-NESS represents the movement from emotional pain to emotional wellness and inner peace.
